uideVision offers support services to its ServiceNow customers via email, web portal and by telephone on flexible support models. In addition to the standard support activities, such as administration tasks and patch and release management, GuideVision provides Expert Services including consultancy around architecture, platform health check, and performance.

We are pleased to announce that as a result of our continuous service improvement effort the GuideVision Support Service offering will be extended with the new Exclusive, secure support service option.

The new service offering becomes possible with the expansion of the existing GuideVision support facility in Hradec Kralove, Czech Republic. The enlarged facility will allow the physical separation of a part of the support team and to operate in compliance with stricter legal and security commitments around data privacy and security terms.

The new service will be available to customers from January 2018.
