NORBERT NAGY, Managing Director & Co-founder
Norbert is one of the co-founders of GuideVision and the chairman of its board. After graduating with a master's degree in computer science from Charles University in Prague, he started his career as a software developer. Very soon he became an entrepreneur and after teaming up with Pavel Müller to found AspectWorks, he changed his focus from technology to management. Norbert is addicted to setting more and more ambitious targets and then reaching them with the team. He likes driving anything that has an engine - except lawnmowers. Norbert loves paprika and Hungarian cuisine in general. A lot.

PAVEL MÜLLER, Strategic Initiatives Manager & Co-founder
Pavel is a co-founder of GuideVision and serves on its board of directors. He drives the company’s vision, strategy and growth and turns ambitious ideas into reality. Pavel is a software developer, solution architect and consultant focused on detail and quality. After earning degrees in both computer science and economics and management at Czech Technical University, Pavel became an entrepreneur at an early age, founding AspectWorks together with Norbert in 2005 and GuideVision in 2014. Pavel is passionate about mountain biking and skiing and is a very fast go-kart racing driver.

RADOVAN KREJČÍ, Executive Director
Radovan is a true techie by nature, education, and professional background, which fits his role as GuideVision CEO very well. Over the past 25 years, he has worked in a diverse set of roles, including software developer, project manager, architect and in various leadership positions for companies in software development, consulting, and professional services. Before joining GuideVision, he worked at the Czech Academy of Science, a small software house and a global corporation. Based on his experience, Radovan believes IT is primarily a people business. Every year he picks up a new skill, from paragliding to ballroom dancing.

ROMAN ALBRECHT, Head of Delivery
A graduate of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the Czech Technical University in Prague, Roman has held managerial positions in several major companies. These include service as Eastern Europe manager for Autodesk; IT director of Tesco Czech Republic, Slovak Republic and Hungary; IT director of HomeCredit Czech Republic, Slovak Republic and Russia, and head of position at DHL IT Services. Roman specialises in process optimization and leadership. In addition to his technical position, Roman holds several professional certificates in people-oriented fields such as mentoring, coaching, process management and project management.

LUKÁŠ PERŮTKA, Head of Technology
Lukáš is an experienced principal ServiceNow consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry on projects in numerous sectors. After completing a mathematics degree at Charles University in Prague, Lukáš went on to gain a master’s degree in the mathematical methods of information security. In his current role as head of technology, Lukáš brings his extensive IT experience to bear in ServiceNow and areas such as ITIL, ITOM, business processes, information security and integration. He remains focused on finding new opportunities where IT can enable new possibilities for business.

DAN PETŘIVALSKÝ, Head of Sales
Dan leads GuideVision’s sales team, and has extensive experience selling software and cloud solutions. He specializes in projects that have a business focus that goes beyond quarter-to-quarter, and brings analytical and strategic thinking to bear for GuideVision’s customers. With his experience as a team leader and motivator, he is able to build strong long-term customer relationships, from C-level leaders to technical stakeholders and end users. He jokes that his main hobby is driving on the D1 motorway between Prague and Brno, and that he enjoys green tea, red cars, white wine and black humor.

DAVID POTUŽÁK, Principal Business Consultant
David is a skilled senior IT manager with almost 20 years of experience. At GuideVision, he uses his knowledge to support companies’ strategic growth and to bring financial and functional transparency to IT. His work increasingly focuses on setting up IT management and project management, and he takes part in strategic decisions as a consultant. He has worked for major pharmacy retailers and telecoms, and has led both ITSM teams and pre-sales departments. David graduated from the College of Information Management and Economics in Prague. For him, the word ‘digital’ is connected to strong growth and significant benefits for any country.

EERO KAILIO, Managing Director at GuideVision Finland
Eero is an IT professional with extensive experience in multiple roles. He is a skilled manager who has led software development and maintenance programs in business-critical systems, primarily in telecoms. He has organized implementations and transformations with ServiceNow in the Nordic region, arranging resources, setting up processes, test automation, and development environments. After joining GuideVision in January 2019, he has worked in engagement roles, with full accountability for several accounts, scoping varying business process development and greenfield transformations. Currently, he leads the GuideVision Finland branch. In his working approach, Eero emphasizes lean development, a human-centric approach, and a focus on value.

MICHAIL TSVETANOV, Head of Marketing
Michail is a Brand & Marketing Strategist with a passion for technology brands and business. Since he joined GuideVision in 2018 he's been on a mission of transforming the GuideVision brand into a global superstar. Next to his responsibilities at the company, Michail is also a passioned sports lover and a host to his own podcast, Athletic Longevity.

ALENA KASTELIC, Head of Human Resources
Alena is a skilled HR manager with almost 20 years of experience in the HR business. She graduated from the Prague University of Economics and Business, and after her first career steps in a personnel agency, she decided to work in HR in-house. Alena has worked mainly with technology companies. She specializes in HR process setting, implementation of HR databases, and ATS. She joined GuideVision to help with HR processes, people management, and company culture change in this fast-growing company. Alena loves to travel. She especially enjoys visiting Asian countries such as Thailand, Vietnam, and Japan.

MARIA WENNBERG, Managing Director at GuideVision Sweden
After several years in different roles within finance, process optimization and project management in other industries, Maria switched to the IT sector. The IT industry is a perfect match with the high speed and inevitable need for change it represents. With a master’s in Business and Economics focusing on Supply Chain Management, together with endless optimism, her main driver is continuous improvements centering efficiency and increased business value. Maria joined GuideVision in June 2022 and in her role, she will use her experience to bring processes, people, and customer benefits together. Don’t be surprised if she says there is no change or project too scary, of course with a smile on her face.
