GuideVision has successfully implemented the ServiceNow IT Service Management solution at Curium Pharma. Curium is a world-class nuclear medicine solutions provider serving over 14 million patients worldwide. They have decided to replace their legacy tool with ServiceNow’s modern, cloud based service management solution. The GuideVision team has completed the project in a very ambitious timeframe of six weeks. The Incident Management process, a Customer Portal and a Service Catalogue have been implemented and integration was built for single-sign-on against the Office365 solution. The customer is satisfied with the ServiceNow platform, and planning has already started to extend the solution to other processes.
