Sales Coordinator
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator with an interest in CRM who would be responsible for managing and coordinating the activities and documentation of the Sales team.
Part of the Sales Coordinator's job would be assistance in consolidating information for business offers and coordination with lawyers in the preparation of contracts and you would also participate in the management of client records and related databases in CRM.
Main responsibilities and challenges:
• CRM tool administration – maintenance of clients’ database, offers preparation and consolidation, forecasting.
• Managing and coordinating the activities of the sales team.
• Contract management.
• Creating and reviewing sales reports.
• Legal advisory and coordination of the external legal resources.
• Process setting (Back-office internal processes, RQ fulfillment, and document WF in SN).
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales materials are handled efficiently.
What should you have to succeed with us:
• Process-oriented person.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task while paying close attention to detail.
• Computer literacy and working knowledge of relevant software tools.
• English knowledge level B2/C1.
