Receptionist
We are looking for reinforcement in the position of Receptionist / Team Support, which will work together to create the company's image in the best light.
The Receptionist will ensure the fact that when coming to our offices, visiting, the client or employee breathes a positive atmosphere and receives all the necessary care.
Main responsibilities:
• Ensuring the smooth running of the reception.
• Care for team members - communication with colleagues and response to their requirements.
• Client care and visits (settlements, refreshments, ...).
• Organization of meetings, reservation of meeting rooms, distribution of mail.
• Concern for the company's environment and maintaining the functionality and order of our offices (meeting rooms, common areas, etc.).
• Ensuring the supply of goodies and snacks for all teams.
• Cooperation with Back Office and HR on teambuilding and other activities.
• Work at 40 h / week (8 h – 16 h).
Your profile should look like:
• Independence, organization, communication and a smile on your face.
• Pro-client approach.
• Microsoft Office skills - Word, Excel, ….
• Besides proficiency in Czech, English at a communicative level is a must-have because we have colleagues and customers around the world.
