Senior IT Recruiter (in-house)

We are looking for a talented and passionate internal Senior IT Recruiter who will help the company in its growth and expansion by identifying and attracting the best talents on the market.

We are looking for an upbeat, enthusiastic and energetic colleague to join our HR team.

 

Main responsibilities and challenges:

Talent Acquisition

• Find new ways how to attract the best IT talents on the market.

• Directly search, approach candidates and manage end-to-end process mainly for technical positions (IT Consultants, Software developers, QA Engineer, Business Consultant, Project Manager, etc) and sometimes also for non-tech positions (finance, back-office, HR, etc).

• Be part of interviews focusing on candidate’s soft skills competencies.

• Improve and systematize screening and assessment processes across all our international branches and define new recruitment processes if needed.

• Set up and implement new positions as needed. Define most effective sources, requirements, recruitment and assessment tools, and process in cooperation with hiring managers and Head of HR.

• Analyse recruitment performance and come up with improvements.

• Be the main point of contact for Team Leaders and new colleagues when it comes to onboarding; ensure they have all information for successful newbie adaptation.

Attraction & Employer Branding activities

• Collaborate with key internal employees in the refinement of the employee value proposition and the establishment of a recognized employer brand for the company with relevant activities.

• Together with other recruiters actively build the community around GuideVision and ServiceNow.

• Drive, build and implement reputation-building programs and campaigns, e.g., #LifeAtGuideVision.

• Collaborate with the marketing department to create marketing materials, campaigns; improve the company career website and other career portals.

 

Your profile should look like:

• 2+ years of experience as an IT recruiter ideally from internal recruitment and/or a fast-paced environment with an endless passion for IT recruitment.

• Hands-on experience with sourcing and interviewing techniques focused on soft competencies.

• Creative thinking on how to move forward and boost attraction and hiring.

• Passion for defining and implementing new processes.

• Keen on bringing best practices and trends, and passionate for continuous learning and development.

• Self-driven and highly motivated with a proactive, and can-do attitude.

• Analytical and structured thinking.

• True sense of ownership to manage assigned projects end-to-end.

• Attention to detail and great organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the HR team and other colleagues.

• Professional and friendly demeanor and communication skills.

• Fluency in Czech or Slovak and perfect English language skills.
