HR Specialist

We are looking for an upbeat, enthusiastic and energetic colleague to join our HR team.

 

Main responsibilities and challenges:

• Operation of End2End recruitment process (advertisements, databases, pre-screening, organizing interviews, conducting on interviews, offers).

• Full administration of the recruitment process.

• Operation of Onboarding / Offboarding processes.

• Liaison with related departments withing the company (finance, IT Support, Office management, Global HR – Learning Development).

• Liaison with Cafeteria partner.

• Monthly reports.

• Active participation in organization of company events.

• Organizing trainings, liaison with training providers.

• Organizing obligatory medical check-ups, liaison with partner, administration.

• Fire & Work Safety training procedure, liaison with partner, administration.

Your profile should look like:

• Experience in IT Recruitment / Sourcing, preferably full life cycle.

• Excellent English knowledge.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in On / Offboarding processes.

• Experience in labour administration and processes.

• Experience in organization of trainings, events.
