Training & Development Specialist

We are looking for an upbeat, enthusiastic and energetic colleague to join our HR team.

 

Main responsibilities and challenges:

• Helping with setting and developing a learning system and various educational programs for our employees.

• Collecting requests and finding the team’s needs regarding educational events and their design.

• Outsourcing suitable contractors for organizing educational events and quality management, evaluating success.

• Organizing and advertising of both internal and external trainings, workshops and similar events, leading of certain educational programs.

• Cooperation on administration of the T&D module and active participating on its development.

• Following training offerings from ServiceNow, record keeping and regular updates of certifications.

• Cooperating with HR department, Head of Technology, Head of Operations and HR marketing.

• Regular and ad hoc reporting.

 

Your profile should look like:

• Experience in a similar position (at least 2 years) – experience with setting up a company education system.

• You create opportunities, come up with ideas how we can improve, and enjoy cooperating with other departments (mostly on our growth).

• Your communication and presentation skills are excellent (both in Czech and English).

• Great organizational and communication skills, diligence and self-reliance.

• Active, upbeat and lively approach to both work and life.

• You are creative, thinking out of the box and inspiring others!.

• Interest for education and development and also courage to join us in IT waters.
