Head of Human Resources
We are looking for an experienced Head of Human Resources who will be responsible for ensuring that all human resources (HR) operations are carried on smoothly and effectively.
For our internal HR Team, we are looking for a new colleague that will become a responsible Head of HR.
Main responsibilities and challenges:
• Developing and implementing human resources policies and their continuous improvement.
• Supporting strategic objectives of the company on a global scale, i.e. including all countries.
• Ensuring the recruitment team attracts top talents.
• Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations across the entire group.
• Managing staff wellness and performance reviews process.
• Developing and continuously improving leadership and staff development program.
• Ensuring the compensations and benefits are competitive.
• Supporting top management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions.
• Enhancing department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new needs and requests.
• Ensuring internal communication.
Your profile should look like:
• Proven experience in similar position.
• Experienced in internal communication.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proven labour code experience.
• Highly organized and good problem-solving skills.
• Strongly people oriented.
• Fluent in English.
