Head of Account Management
We are looking for Head of Account Management who will lead a team of account managers and will be responsible for handling the relationship with our customers.
The Head of Account Management will be responsible for building and managing a small team of Account Managers, as well as developing and executing the sales strategy for generating incremental business.
Main responsibilities and challenges:
• The setting, managing and continual improvement of processes in the Account Management department.
• BID Management and Contract Management.
• Managing a small team of Account Managers.
• Development of an ongoing relationship with customers.
• Being the trusted advisor to the customers by understanding their existing needs.
• Negotiation of business conditions and preparation of contractual documentation.
• Participation in the development of new sales opportunities at current customers and ongoing revenue streams.
• Being the face of the GuideVision brand.
Your profile should look like:
• Proven experience with building client relationships and account management.
• Knowledge of the full life cycle of the sales processes.
• Strong communication skills needed.
• Experience in leadership is an advantage.
• Fluency in English is required.
