Success Story: A German global producer of premium and luxury cars
Perhaps Infosys’ biggest deal in history and a project that will be spanned over the next eight years. In cooperation with Infosys, the client has started a global transformation of their IT operating models and infrastructure landscapes of their workplace services, service desk, data centers, networks, and SAP Basis. GuideVision has a major role in the initial phases of the project dedicated to integrating and transitioning the client’s global IT and services infrastructure within their new ServiceNow platform. Creating flexibility for the IT organization as well as cost reductions is the goal. Over the first 6 months of the project, our team has built a solid foundation of instances and integrations between various systems and ServiceNow. For the next 6 months, we will focus on migrating SAM, HAM, IT Portal, and Discovery to ServiceNow.
