Budapest, Hungary - 9 May, 2016. GuideVision today announced that their prestigious partner
T-Systems Hungary has gone live with its ServiceNow
Cloud Service becoming the first multinational Managed Service Provider in the CEE region to offer Enterprise Service Management services to its customers built on ServiceNow. The ServiceNow MSP status recognises the market adoption of T-Systems Hungary’s business objective to become the largest service provider and implementation partner in the region using the ServiceNow platform to provide world-class services to customer organisations. T-Systems Hungary plans to migrate its existing 3000 strong enterprise customer base to its new service as well as all future new customers that seek a modern and effective Enterprise Service Management solution to solve their business challenges.

The users of the new ServiceNow platform will benefit from a wide range of services offered via the self-service portal and application interfaces both from desktops and mobile devices. The ServiceNow platform covers 18 end-to-end business processes underpinned by integrations and automated workflows for call handling, incident, request, problem, change, transition, configuration, asset, knowledge, field service, complaint, contract, service level, catalogue, knowledge, reporting, and time management.

“Our partners are continuously innovating and finding new ways to extend the value of ServiceNow. We are pleased to welcome T-Systems Hungary as our newest Managed Service Provider and main implementation partner to the ServiceNow family in the region.” said David Griffiths, area vice president, CEEMEA, ServiceNow.

The value that customers derive from the solution include reduced turnaround times and costs due to the automation of processes, and increased transparency with the help of the modern reporting capability. All those are critical success factors that help enterprise service management customers in the marketplace to be competitive.

“Together with ServiceNow, our new solution helps our customers drive greater efficiency, and reduce service provisioning times, resulting in highly competitive enterprise service management services.” said Robert Kiss, Director of outsourcing and operations, T-Systems Hungary.

The success behind establishing the new service is a result of a large-scale cooperation between T-Systems Hungary and its technology partner GuideVision. The implementation project was delivered by experienced consultants and developers from T-Systems Hungary and GuideVision in cooperation with process owners and experts.
“We believe that the success of the project was the result of the highly skilled implementation team, and the ServiceNow StartNow methodology used to deliver the solution as per the expectations.” said Jakub Zrzavy and Zalan Heil, managing directors of GuideVision.
