NowForum, ServiceNow’s global event series this year were dedicated to the theme of “Experience the Service Revolution”. The one day conference has attracted thousands of professionals from all around Europe. There have been inspiring keynotes by ServiceNow executives and real-world case study presentations by customers like RBS, Vodafone and Bank of Ireland. The exhibition hall has provided excellent opportunities to consult with ServiceNow solution experts and get insight into the newest innovations and product roadmaps. Also it was a perfect place to connect with peers and exchange thoughts on enterprise service management trends and experience.

The GuideVision crew on site was busy to share our experience and explain our solutions and services to the number of attendees visiting our booth. Our technical consultants attending the conference were able to join some of the hands-on lab sessions, where black-belt product specialists from ServiceNow went deep into the solutions, sharing best practices and tips and tricks on configuration and development.
