This May GuideVision has attended the Knowledge 18 conference as a Bronze Sponsor. The Knowledge conference is the annual customer event of ServiceNow. With more than 18,000 attendees, hundreds of sessions, hands-on labs, pre-conference trainings, multiple mini-conferences such as CIO Summit, PartnerNow, and a huge exhibition area the Knowledge 18 conference really lived up to its promise to teach, to connect, and to inspire attendees. Everyone could discover where the industry is going and how ServiceNow can help you deliver amazing employee and customer experiences.

The GuideVision booth staff has met and discussed opportunities with a lot of prospects interested in implementation, training and support services from all over the world. We used the time to meet with potential partners and key ServiceNow personnel. The conference is always a good opportunity to make valuable business connections and to discover what solutions are available on the market.

During the Global PartnerNow conference GuideVision has been awarded with the “Top ServiceNow Partner” having the second highest number of certified ServiceNow consultants in the EMEA region. The award was provided in the form of a long board in sync with the Californian life style:

Knowledge 18 was a very successful event for Guidevision. We came home energized and reassured of the tremendous opportunity that lies in the ServiceNow technology. A lot of new ideas about the future of work and how the ServiceNow platform supports the digital transformation initiatives.
