QA Tech Lead

As Senior QA Tech Lead you will be the most senior QA expert who will guide our QA Engineers to become experienced in QA Automation.

 

Main responsibilities and challenges:

• Improving QA methodology within ServiceNow implementations.

• Creating QA strategy on projects based on analysis of customer business requirements.

• Test analysis and test cases creation.

• Estimations for test cases and identifying test cases for UAT.

• Design and implementation of automated tests for ServiceNow platform.

• Automated testing implemented stories and reporting bugs to developers.

• Providing trainings/workshops for Junior QA Engineers.

 

What do we expect from you:

• Experience with Software Quality Assurance automation testing and processes.

• Knowledge of web application testing, cross-browser testing, testing responsive designs, HTML 5, CSS, JavaScript testing.

• Experience with Robot Framework is nice to have.

• Experience with release management.

• Experience with Agile/scrum/waterfall development and project methodologies.

• Experience with Automation such as Selenium, Jenkins, JMeter, Git technologies is a plus.

• Software development experience is an advantage.

• Desire to educate and develop yourself.

• Advanced English both spoken and written.

• Energetic, proactive personality with strong communication skills.
