IT Specialist

Key responsibilities:

• Administrative Activities: Keep our IT systems in top shape, supporting our strategic goals and keeping things running smoothly.

• Office 365 Administration: Be the mastermind behind our Office 365 environment, ensuring it performs perfectly across all our locations.

• User Management and Support: Help our team by setting up, configuring, and supporting user accounts, permissions, and troubleshooting issues.

• End-point Management: Make sure all our devices, whether Windows or MacOS, are configured, updated, and running the latest software.

• Security Management: Protect our data and systems with top-notch security measures using tools like Office 365 Security Center, XDR, SIEM, and Zscaler.

• Server Management: Keep our servers (physical, virtual, and cloud-based) up-to-date and running smoothly.

• Global IT Team Participation: Stay on top of system updates and new tool implementations, working with our global IT team.

• Compliance and Audits: Ensure everything is compliant and running optimally with regular performance monitoring and audits.

 

Your profile should look like:

• Proficient in managing and overseeing Office 365 environments, including familiarity with admin center, Exchange Admin Center (EAC), SharePoint (SP), Azure, Intune, OneDrive, and Compliance center.

• Experienced in user management and support, with strong skills in setting up, configuring, and troubleshooting user accounts and permissions.

• Capable of managing endpoint security, including software installations and updates on both Windows and MacOS platforms.

• Knowledgeable in IT security management, with experience using tools such as Office 365 Security Center, XDR, SIEM, and Zscaler.

• Skilled in server management across various platforms including VMware ESXi and AWS, with a focus on application, web, file, or database servers.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with precision.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• ITIL certification (preferred, not required).

• Certifications related to Office 365 or other relevant technologies (preferred, not required).

• Fluent in English; additional European languages would be an asset given the multi-country operational scope.
