Finance Transition Manager

We are looking for an experienced Financial Transition Manager, who will help us with the implementation of new financial, accounting, and business systems as well as with managing the whole finance transition within the whole GuideVision group and in line with needs related to our strategic partnership with an Infosys company.

 

Main responsibilities and challenges:

• Management and coordination of financial department transition.

• Quick understanding of accounting and finance principles and processes within the company.

• Audit / implementation / optimization of financial tools and processes, including the creation of financial guidelines.

• Implementation of financial, accounting and business processes and systems.

• Application of standardised migration methodology.

• Analysis of internal financial processes and policies.

• Managing migration meetings.

 

Your profile should look like:

• Experience in the position of CFO/Financial Manager from the international environment.

• Experience in the project management, mainly from a financial point of view.

• Proven experience with company’s transition.

• Experience with the implementation of company systems and processes.

• Ability to work with key internal business partners in recommending and implementing change.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Excellent management, mentoring and motivational skills.

• Ability to prioritize, strong analytical thinking.

• Ability to build key internal relationships and to collaborate strongly.

• Fluent English both verbal and written.
